Produced Water

The below produced water treatment system for an Indonesian FPSO separates condensate/oil from produced water down to 50 mg/l. Highly corrosive fluids necessitated the equipment, piping and valves to be manufactured out of Inconel 625 and super duplex exotic metals. Capacity of this ABS certified module was 2,000 BPD. Delivery was 7 months from award to ex works.
