Liquids Treatment

Jord delivered the below 30 m3/hr condensate treatment module to Bumi Armada for an Indian FPSO. Export pressure was 135 bar. Maximum water in condensate was 15 ppm.

The vessel featured below formed the heart of a 27,000 BPSD condensate stabilisation system Jord supplied for a Chevron Thailand offshore gas platform. The system was optimised to minimise reboiler duty, maintain stable system hydraulics, adequately handle well mud fines, regulate weir loading and avoid column flooding.

Four self-cleaning feed filter modules were designed, fabricated and delivered to a Malaysian sour crude refinery. The filters feature wedgewire candles that remove solids as a guard against the fouling of hydrocracker catalyst beds.
