Jord's turnkey plant capability has evolved over many years. The origins were in a number of evaporation, crystallization and carbon plants delivered in the 1980's and 90's. The skills gained here, together with an ongoing development of proprietary management systems and the employment of suitably qualified staff, has transformed Process Plant into a highly active Division.

Where practical, Jord offers modular design to reduce both transportation and site installation costs. On this basis, we have delivered many hundreds of process systems throughout the world.

Many of Jord's process plant involve "clean air" and "clean water" solutions to allow industry to comply with environmental emission standards. Jord's clean air technologies span particulate, acid gas, NOx and organic vapour removal. For clean water, we offer falling film and forced circulation evaporative systems as an energy efficient and cost effective means of effluent disposal.
