Product purity is often critical, but never more so than for the production of battery chemicals such as lithium hydroxide, nickel sulphate and cobalt sulphate. JordProxa understands the factors determining the purity of the dried crystals. Our crystallisation plants are guaranteed to produce high purity crystals using innovative yet proven designs.

Standard application crystallisers are often of Forced Circulation (FC) configuration. When large crystals are sought, a Draft Tube Baffle (DTB) design may be required.

We have enjoyed particular success integrating new processes into existing plants, often using an existing energy source. This has allowed our customers to produce a saleable product from an existing liquid waste stream.
