With Jord International’s USA office based in Denver, this year’s SME MINEXCHANGE from 23-26 February truly felt like home for our local team, led by our Vice President of the Americas, Oliver Whatnall.

On Monday night, Jord hosted a Customer Appreciation Event that drew old friends, new faces, and some exciting potential partners and suppliers. The team received glowing feedback from the attendees, confirming that it was one of the best events of the evening! Attendees from Jord International’s Australian and USA offices, along with our friends at JordProxa—the experts in battery metals, purification, crystallization, and evaporation—gathered to enjoy great company, a delicious selection of fine food, and carefully selected beverages. We hope everyone left with unforgettable memories and new connections.

From Sunday to Wednesday, the Colorado Convention Center was buzzing with industry professionals. Jord International had a prime spot at Booth #100—conveniently located next to a burger shop for quick refuelling.

Our booth saw a steady flow of familiar faces and exciting new opportunities, with the 3D-printed Viper HVBF model drawing plenty of attention and sparking conversations with its impressive design. We hope you had a chance to stop by, enjoy the free cookies, sample the local craft beer, and experience Mario’s Chilean pisco tasting session. A big thank you to everyone for the engaging conversations, thoughtful insights, and valuable time spent with us.

Tuesday saw flotation tech expert Sherwin Morgan offer great insights into the NovaCell, a breakthrough in flotation equipment technology that provides efficient coarse and fine particle flotation for Coarse Particle Flotation (CPF) circuits.

Tech expert Sam Caldwell took to the stage on Wednesday to detail the benefits of Jord’s patented Viper system, a continuous filtration technology that is capable to filter in excess of 10,000 tonnes per day, per filter. Both sessions enjoyed a fantastic level of engagement, with interesting questions and promising leads.
